<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To impart antidazzle characteristic to antireflection coating with simple configuration. <P>SOLUTION: A hard coat layer 12 is formed on a transparent support 11 composed of cellulose triacetate and embossed to form fine irregularities. A middle refractive index layer 13a, a high refractive index layer 13b and a low refractive index layer 13c are sequentially applied and dried on a surface where the fine irregularities is formed so as to form an antireflection layer 13. When the respective refractive index layers 13a to 13c are applied and dried, they are controlled to be dried so that coating film thickness may be constant along the irregularities with their coating surfaces downward by an infrared heater. By forming the coating 13 on the fine irregular surface by a coating method, mass-production is realized to reduce cost. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
