ANTISTATIC AND LOW REFLECTIVE FILM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antistatic film which prevents reflection of light from outside and shows excellent dustproofness.

SOLUTION: The antistatic and low reflective film is obtained by sequentially laminating a transparent conductive layer, a hard coat layer and a low refractive layer having lower reflection than the hard coat layer on a transparent base material. The hard coat layer is composed of a conductive and light-diffusing transparent resin layer in which zirconium oxide fine particles and silica fine particles are dispersed in the transparent resin.
