<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a work by a laser cutting device, by which method a sharp edge is not generated on a cut plane formed by laser beam cutting. <P>SOLUTION: As a 1st working process, grooves 18 having inclined planes 20, 22 respectively on a front surface 12 and a rear surface 14 that correspond to cutting positions of a work 10 are formed by using metallic molds 16a, 16b. Thereafter, an appropriate position in the inclined plane 20, which is in the side to become a product part 10a of the work 10, is cut with a laser beam (a cutting line C-C). Thus, four edges 24, 30, which are formed at cutting parts of the product part 10a, have large obtuse angles of around 135 degrees.
