PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the vertical displacement of a slide rail, in the case where a sheet lifting load is input, as much as possible. SOLUTION: In a side member 1 that extends in a backward and forward direction of a vehicle in a substantially U-shaped section which is open upward, outward flanges 111, 121 are formed in an opening edge of the upper end of left and right side walls 11, 12. A vehicle floor panel 4 is joined to the opening edge flanges 111, 121 to constitute a closed sectional structure. A lower rail 71 of a sheet slide rail 7 extended in a backward and forward direction of the vehicle is fixed on one of the opening edge flange 111 of the side member 1.
