PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable reduction of noises etc. and amplification of a reception signal by attenuating a transmission signal as necessary with a simple configuration without adding a circuit such as an attenuator on a single processing circuit side. SOLUTION: The number of turns N2 of a secondary side wiring 11-2 of an insulating transformer 11 is configured so as to be smaller than the number of turns N1 of a primary side wiring 11-1, and an impedance Z2 of the secondary side is set so as to be smaller than an impedance Z1 of the primary side. Since such an impedance characteristic is provided, the amplitude level of a signal to be transmitted from the primary side of the insulating transformer 11 to the secondary side thereof is attenuated.
