PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a network control unit capable of providing an appropriate service for a terminal by using a network apparatus provided at a network side. SOLUTION: The network control unit comprises a receiving means (communication part 31) for receiving a request from a mobile terminal 1 that is connected to a mobile communication network, a setting part 34 for setting the network apparatus in response to the request from the terminal, and a transmitting means (a communication part 31, an information transfer part 35) for transmitting information from the network apparatus to the mobile terminal 1.
