PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for introducing sunlight into a house for improving a relationship with neighbors in terms of sunlight, restricting power energy consumption by using sunlight instead of an electric light source and expectable to give mental and physical care for a person receiving care, such as a bedridden person. SOLUTION: Sunlight is collected by an elliptical reflector to be introduced to a place in a shade such as an indoor place. Thus, the characteristic of an ellipse for collecting light at one point and a material maintaining a translucent property regardless of bending such as an optical fiber are combined to introduce the sunlight into a house. Further, the sunlight is diffused in accordance with the principle of a concave lens to make the light softer when irradiating the sunlight. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
