PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a bending strength of an ALC panel (autoclaved lightweight concrete panel) used for the outer wall, partition or the like of a building. SOLUTION: A vertical sectional face in the longitudinal direction of a reinforcing bar buried in the ALC panel is formed in an approximately elliptical shape while the major-axis direction of the verical sectional face and a panel wall surface are made approximately perpendicular. A reinforcing-bar mat in which a main reinforcement in the panel longitudinal direction and a by-reinforcement in the cross direction are assembled in a latticed shape is used as the reinforcing bar, The ALC panel in which an approximately elliptic shaped major-axis diameter/minor-axis diameter is set in 1.2 to 3.0 and the approximately elliptic minor-axis diameter is set in 2.0 mm or more is used.
