PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve structure capable of generating stable damping force. SOLUTION: A rod 31 mounted on a valve body 4 is slidably inserted into a hole 19 formed on an axial center part of a valve disc 10, and a cylindrical part 13 of the valve disc 10 is slidably inserted into an inner periphery of an annular leaf valve 30, whereby the horizontal displacement of the annular leaf valve 30 to a first seat face 16 and a second seat face 8 is prevented, and the stable damping force can be generated.
