PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pillow for a good sleep that can correspond to the sleeping postures and enables easy rolling over. SOLUTION: At the central part of a laterally long pillow 1 a thin section 3 is provided in a direction crossing the central part and a wide second thin section 4 is provided at the end part of the thin section 3. A person sleeps putting his/her head 10 on the thin section 3 facing upwards. When the person turns his/her body by 90 degrees the head 10 turns sideways and is placed on thick sections 12, 13.
