PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sunshade cover for a cap improving both anti-suntan and anti-heat effects by covering the wearer's part ranging from the rear to flank of the nape of the neck when attached to the cap, and also easily attachable to/detachable from the cap. SOLUTION: The sunshade cover 1 for a cap is such as to be worn by hanging on the cap 2 comprising a mountain part 24 and a visor 22 and provided with a notch 25 on the lower part at the center of the rear of the mountain part 24 and an adjusting belt 21 for the notch 25. This sunshade cover 1 consists of a shading and air-permeable sheet material 3. This sunshade cover 1 is worn on a user in the following way: A fixture 13 detachable from the adjusting belt 21 is provided above the center of the reverse face 11a of this cover, both ends 14a and 14b of the upper part 14 of this cover are joined each other, an elastic cord 15 equipped with a holder 16 for holding the outer rim 23 of the visor 22, and the rear part of the cap 2 is externally covered with the sheet material 3.
