PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a more accurate and more reliable method for recording data. SOLUTION: Information storage apparatuses (24, 34, 44, 54, 64) are permanently introduced into discrete components (22, 32, 42, 52, 62) of a turbine engine (20) to record permanently performance, repair and maintenance data of parts comprising the individual components. When the discrete components or these parts have been replaced in the engine, by ensuring these data so as not to be lost, usage of limited-life parts becomes possible in the turbine engine (20) to improve the reliability of these parts. The information storage apparatuses are accessible to record the modifications when the maintenance contents have been recorded or the repair has been performed. Besides, the information storage apparatuses can be mounted on external circuits for the purpose of analyzing, downloading, and recording remotely data to enable information on the performance, repair, and maintenance of the components to be analyzed.
