<p>On the inner side of a coil (30) there is a permanent magnet (40) attached as a ring to a magnet-fastening plate (MFP) (41). Positive and negative poles are each staggered. A shaft bush (SB) (50) fits between the MFP's center and a wheel hub axle (11). A fixed plug-in body (511) protrudes from the inside of the SB and plugs into the axle hole (311) of a coil-fastening plate (31).</p>
