A reflective LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) device, a manufacturing method and an LCD apparatus are provided to prevent burn-in caused by long-term driving by obtaining a symmetric film structure with respect to both side surfaces of an inter-pixel groove in a sectional surface. A reflective LCD device includes a pixel electrode substrate(40) and a transparent electrode substrate(30) facing each other with a vertically aligned liquid crystal(45) therebetween. The pixel electrode substrate includes a plurality of reflective pixel electrodes(42), a first obliquely evaporated alignment film(43a) and a second obliquely evaporated alignment film(43b). The first obliquely evaporated alignment film is formed through evaporation from a first oblique evaporation direction with respect to a substrate surface of the pixel electrode substrate after forming the pixel electrodes. The second obliquely evaporated alignment film is formed through evaporation from a second oblique evaporation direction with respect to a substrate surface of the pixel electrode substrate after forming the first obliquely evaporated alignment film.
