<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prism glass panel manufacturing method causing no leakage of mixing water and a waterproof layer agent before drying and solidifying waterproof mortar without requiring much labor, causing no water leakage even if a crack is generated when the waterproof mortar and a waterproof layer are deteriorated after construction, and causing little dislocation of a position of prism glass in construction. <P>SOLUTION: This prism glass panel manufacturing method is composed of a plurality of prism glass 1, a grating frame 3 for supporting the prism glass 1, a frame-shaped spacer 2 arranged between the grating frame 3 and the prism glass 1, and a joint part 6 between the mutual prism glass 1.
