<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water treatment system capable of performing stable operation at a low cost. <P>SOLUTION: This water treatment system 1 is provided with a denitrification tank 2 which denitrifies water to be treated by using a denitrification reaction by microorganisms and a contact oxidation tank 3 which separates the sludge generated by the denitrification reaction from the denitrified water to be treated and is so constituted as to supply the separated sludge as a carbon source necessary for the denitrification reaction to the denitrification tank 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
