<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switching-type constant current power supply which stably supplies current to an intermittent load with no increase in size. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of rectifying/smoothing circuits are provided which provide an output voltage interlocked with a power conversion circuit 3. The output side of its first rectifying/smoothing circuit 31 is connected to a load 6 which operates intermittently, while the output side of a second rectifying/smoothing circuit is connected to a voltage detecting circuit 7. With this configuration, even if an output voltage of the first rectifying/smoothing circuit 31 fluctuates much when a large load current IL flows immediately after the load 6 is connected, an output voltage of the second rectifying/smoothing circuit 32 does not fluctuate such amount as with the output voltage of the first rectifying/smoothing circuit 31. So, no noise as induces malfunction is superposed on a second feedback signal F2, and a feedback circuit 8 and a control circuit 4 operate stably even if an element of small electrostatic capacitance is used for smoothing capacitors C1 and C2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
