<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing frozen seafood shortening a production process of the frozen seafood, producing from natural material as it is, enabling tasting deliciousness of a commodity itself, avoiding much loss in volume in the commodity and requiring inexpensive production cost to offer to consumers at a low price, and to provide a method for cooking the frozen seafood using a microwave oven. <P>SOLUTION: This method for producing the frozen seafood comprises a combination of such processes of a process of thawing frozen seafood as raw materials, a process of washing in water, a process of washing the raw materials, a process of seasoning with salt, a second time washing process, a draining process, a process of dissolving the raw materials, a measuring process, a packing process, a process of vacuum packing the raw materials, a process of quickly freezing the raw materials, a process of packing the raw materials, a process of passing the products through a metal detector and a process of packing in a case.
