<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide flour paste solving such problems that conventional flour paste is easy to adhere to manufacturing equipment or be scorched to the equipment because the viscosity of the flour paste is hardly controlled in a production process and starch is gelatinized or swollen so that the viscosity is thickened. <P>SOLUTION: The flour paste is prepared by addition of water soluble hemicellulose derived from soybean as one of raw materials so as to suppress rise in viscosity of the flour paste when the temperature decreases when heated and after prepared to obtain such flour paste as to have good extensibility, smooth palate feeling and favorable luster. Reduction in burning due to adhesion to the manufacturing equipment results in facilitating cleaning after produced and improving production efficiency. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
