SHEET WITH NON-CONTACT IC TAG

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet with non-contact IC tag for making it unnecessary to position or mount an IC chip in order to set the electrode of the IC chip at the predetermined position of an antenna circuit.

SOLUTION: A sheet 1 with non-contact IC tag is provided with a base material sheet 11, one antenna circuit 14a formed on one face of the base material sheet 11 and the other antenna circuit 14b formed on the other face of the base material sheet 11. An IC chip 20 is mounted on one face of the substrate sheet 11. One electrode 21 of the IC chip 20 is flatly shaped, and connected to one antenna circuit 14a. The other electrode 22 of the IC chip whose base end is coated with an insulator 25, and whose tip is sharpened is penetrated through one antenna circuit 14a and the base material sheet 11 to the other antenna circuit 14b.
