PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support self-care of a cared person and learning of a care method.

SOLUTION: A cared person side apparatus 11 has recording means for recording a speech or image indicating a state of a cared person, first sending means for sending at least either the speech or the image recorded in the recording means in response to a request from a center side apparatus, first receiving means for receiving at least either a speech or an image edited in the center side apparatus 10, and reproducing means for reproducing the speech or image received by the first receiving means or the speech or image recorded in the recording means. The center side apparatus 10 has second receiving means for receiving at least either the speech or the image from the cared person side apparatus 11, editing means for editing the speech or image received by the second receiving means, and second sending means for sending the speech or image edited by the editing means to the cared person side apparatus.
