<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of unevenness in vertical stripes generated in a radiation image obtained by reading out a cumulative phosphor sheet in which radiation image information is recorded by a line scanning method. <P>SOLUTION: In a semiconductor laser device 11 for linearly drawing outgoing laser light and using it as excitation light for reading out the radiation image information recorded in the cumulative phosphor sheet, the reflection factor of a reflection preventing film 5 coated on the surface of an outgoing window 4 through which laser light from a semiconductor laser chip 1 for emitting laser light is set to 1.0% to the oscillation wavelength of laser light from the semiconductor laser chip 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
