PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device capable of stably maintaining strong fixation force for a long time by a simple mechanism. SOLUTION: This fixing device 10 fixing a head lamp 50 to an object 30 for mounting is provided with a plurality of arms 1 whose one ends are mutually connected and whose other ends are opened to change a scope of surrounding by the object for mounting so as to grip the object for mounting, a base member 2 supporting the plurality of connected arms, and a nut 5 which changes a relative position for a base member, is engaged with the base member, and presses its end fringe against the plurality of arms to change an angle surrounded by the arms in the base member.
