PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating system with a simple overall constitution capable of preventing deterioration of energy efficiency in a heat pump unit, and to provide a house which can be efficiently heated. SOLUTION: The heating system is provided with a circulation passage 10 supplying a heating medium heated by the heat pump unit to a radiator 2 for heating, and returning the heating medium cooled in the radiator 2 to a heat pump unit side. Heat exchange is carried out between outside air for ventilation and the heating medium flowing out from the radiator 2, and the further cooled heating medium is returned to the heat pump unit side.
