PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk unit equipped with a tray fall preventing mechanism which enables a tray to easily be attached/detached and prevents the tray from falling off even when the tray at a disk replacement position is drawn, as the disk unit equipped with the tray which moves between a reproduction position in a main body and a replacement position where a disk is loaded and unloaded while being mounted with the disk. SOLUTION: Spaces 13 and 13 are formed on both sides behind the tray 1, arms 15 and 15 capable of elastically being deformed are extended from rear ends 14 and 14 of the spaces 13 and 13 and have hooks 11 and 11 formed atop, and bosses 17 and 17 which are raised upward are projected from the hooks 11 and 11.
