PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate analysis in a trouble mode for an isolator, and to make work for a sensor line carried out under an operation of a fire monitoring system. SOLUTION: This isolator interposed in a midway of the sensor line connected to fire sensors led out of a fire receiver, and for partitioning the fire sensors into a plurality of groups to break the fire sensors from the sensor line the group by the group is provided with a connection terminal connected to the sensor line, a control contact constituted of a latch relay to break the sensor line, a contact control input part having a reset terminal and a set terminal coming out to an outside of the isolator, and for generating a reset signal or a set signal by short-circuiting either of the paired terminals, and a control signal processing part for receiving electric power supply from the sensor line to be operated, for opening and closing the control contact when receiving an opening signal and a closing signal, and for opening and closing the control contact when receiving the reset signal and the set signal.
