PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid abnormal pressurization of a closed space by a pump. SOLUTION: In this pressurizing/depressurizing device, leak is diagnosed on the basis of a pressure change when the air is supplied to a fuel vapor pipeline in an evaporated fuel treating device by an air pump. A solenoid check valve for setting the preset load of spring force to the maximum generated pressure or higher of the pump is interposed between the air pump and the fuel vapor pipeline. Thus, the solenoid check valve is not opened only with the air pressure, so that even if the pump is left rotating, the fuel vapor pipeline is not abnormally pressurized, and reverse flow of fuel vapor to the pump side can be prevented.
