PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blowout type snow preventive fence for securing a sufficiently long wind reducing area, with a structure of partially forming a road inside inclined shape. SOLUTION: A top part panel part 18 inversely inclining to the road outside, that is, a spike, is arranged in an upper end part of an inclined panel part 16 inclining to the road inside from the upper end of a lower panel part 14. Even the structure of partially forming the road inside inclined shape (a structure having a part inclined to the road inside), can secure a long wind reducing area in the same degree as a case of a conventional merely spike-shaped blowout type snow preventive fence by the top part panel part 18 inclined to the road outside of a top part. Thus, wind can be weakened over the road width whole area even in a wide road, to thereby prevent visibility trouble of a driver by a snowstorm. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
