PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a member for a building opening section having a frame body structure in which the vibrations of the whole member including the resonance of the frame body itself are inhibited by a simple method and a high soundproof performance can be displayed. SOLUTION: One surface of a vibration control sheet composed of an organic high molecular material having a peak value of 1.5 or more of a loss sine (tanδ) is pasted on the frame body (preferably, a hollow structure) of the member for the building opening section having the frame body structure.
