PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal structure of a segment for a shield tunnel, capable of effectively protecting the function of a sealant, by cutting off fire and heat when a fire occurs, by a fireproof member having no fear of drop out, by following a change in clearance between segment contact planes by heat in the fire. SOLUTION: A seal structure of a shield tunnel structure is constructed by mutually joining respective end surfaces of a plurality of segments. In this fire resistant seal structure of the shielded tunnel, a first recessed groove is formed on the segment contact plane; a second recessed groove is formed on the inside of the shield tunnel structure by the first recessed groove; a water expansive rubber sealant is installed in the first recessed groove; and a thermally expansive rubber heat insulating material is installed in the second recessed groove.
