PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the cleaning performance is not enough because a nozzle face is left without being wiped due to slits formed in a blade. SOLUTION: Slits 131 and 131 are formed at two points at the leading end side of a wiper blade 29. When a region of the nozzle face 123 where nozzles 124 of a head 121 are formed is made a nozzle forming region A, a length in a nozzle array direction of an opening 126a of a nozzle cover 126 is made a nozzle cover opening length B, and an interval of the two slits 131 and 131 of the blade 29 is made a slit interval C, a part 29a corresponding to the nozzle region, and parts 29b and 29 at the outer side than the nozzle region are made independently deformable so that the slit interval C holds the relation of B>C>A.
