PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a haemostatic device that can stop bleeding from vessels in an extensive area all at once, which enables a patient who cannot tolerate a prolonged operation to undergo a separation surgery. SOLUTION: A fastening bodies (12) of the device that is a combination of a first oppressing body (11) and the fastening bodies (12), are inserted into an upper section of a separation line drawn on an organ and tightened after they are bound to fixing means (14) made on a second oppressing body (13). To increase an oppressing force selectively, the fastening bodies near a subject area can be tightened. Consequently, blood bleeding from a plurality of vessels can be stopped all at once by oppressing them with a number of fastening bodies (12). COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
