PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting board holder as one of kitchen utensils which makes in particular the treatment of water drops unnecessary. SOLUTION: The cutting board holder consists of a holder consisting of a rigid frame material; and a drip-proof board. The holder consists mainly of: a hook part to be hooked onto the edge of a sink in a kitchen; a part to which the cutting board is inserted for placement; and a part for receiving the drip-proof board. The drip-proof board is arranged on the front surface of the holder via the drip-proof board receiving part of the holder. An elevation corner part for facilitating the insertion of the cutting board is provided on the upper side of the board part in the drip-proof board. A droplet preventing corner part for preventing droplets from a lower part is arranged on the lower side of the board part. The cutting board is stored inside the sink through the use of the cutting board holder, so that the water drops are made to flow down to the sink. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
