PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat for a vehicle which achieves excellent characteristics involved in the feeling of stroking, repulsion and the like, though produced simply by making a seat cushion pad thinner. SOLUTION: The seat for the vehicle has a seat cushion pad 1 composed of a polyurethane foam having a skin layer and a core layer molded by injecting a urethane foam material into a mold and a support frame 2 which is disposed under the seat cushion pad support to support it. The support frame 2 is provided with a spring 24 elastically supporting a seat part 11 of the seat cushion pad. As for the seat cushion pad 2, the thickness of the seat part 11 is set to 30mm-50mm while a stretchable nonwoven fibric 18 composed of an elastic fiber is integrally formed on the rear thereof with which the spring 24 contacts.
