PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-size, lightweight and low cost cooker safely and quickly cooking food materials in the cooker which cooks the food materials put in a vessel body by electrically heating. SOLUTION: This cooker is provided with the vessel body, a first jacket circumferentially provided outside the vessel body, a heating medium injected in the first jacket, a guide member attached to the first jacket, a heater disposed with a heating part in the first jacket and/or outside the first jacket, and a heat insulating means provided outside the first jacket, and is composed so that the heating medium heated by the heating part of the heater is guided to the first jacket by the guide member and convected therein.
