PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated composite plate by which noises or the like can be absorbed. SOLUTION: The laminated composite plate 1 is composed of a core material 2 made of resin foam, a surface material 3 provided to the surface side of the core material 2, and a rear face material 4 provided to the rear face side of the core material 2. At least one or more recessed parts 5, which have a bottom face part 5A and a wall face part 5B extended from the bottom face part 5A, are formed from the surface material 3 side toward the core material 2.
