PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting tool for a crossbar attachment with which a clamping tool of a material to be pressed is easily attached to or detached from a crossbar and vacuum piping is also attachable or detachable by the above attaching or detaching operation without excessive work. SOLUTION: This tool is provided with an attachment holder 52 which is fixed to the crossbar and has a guide hole 52a for positioning the clamping tool of the material to be pressed and an attachment fixing member 54 which is fixed to the clamping tool of the material to be pressed and has a cylindrical pin 54a which is fit into the guide hole. The attachment holder 52 has a female coupler 56a in the position parallel to the cylindrical pin 54a and with a certain interval and the attachment fixing member 54 has a male coupler 56a in the position where the cylindrical pin 54a is fit in the female coupler 56a at the same time when the pin is fit in the guide hole 52a.
