<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a print pattern for inspecting an optical sensor judging ink ejection in which ink ejection can be judged accurately and surely at all times at the time of screening inspection of the optical sensor being used as an ink ejection judging device, and to provide a system and a method for inspecting an optical sensor judging ink ejection. <P>SOLUTION: The system and method for inspecting an optical sensor judging ink ejection use an inventive print pattern for inspecting an optical sensor judging ink ejection comprising a blank print block pattern intersecting the scanning direction of an inspection object, i.e. an optical sensor, being mounted on a printer and used as an ink ejection judging device perpendicularly and exposing the surface of a print medium in stripe, a normal print block pattern formed by ejecting ink to the surface of the print medium on the opposite sides of the blank print block pattern such that the blank print block pattern is held between. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
