<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems in the improvement chemical application process for the repair of deteriorated concrete structures that since the concrete surface is usually washed with high-pressure water, harmful substances like chloride ions, carbon dioxides, etc., capable of causing concrete deterioration still remains and included inside after the application of concrete improvement chemicals, that since the washing process and the improvement chemical application process were separately executed, such harmful substances occurring again as time passed and that these inefficient double work execution caused high cost. <P>SOLUTION: The process of blasting sodium bicarbonate to remove harmful substances adhering to deteriorated concrete surfaces and the process of applying concrete improvement chemicals just after the blasting are integrated into a simultaneous, parallel work to remarkably improve the effects of chemicals and pursue economic efficiency. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
