<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a baking container for silicon nitride-based ceramic in which a silicon nitride-based molded article, especially, a honeycomb molded article containing metal silicon particles and/or silicon nitride particles can be subjected to thermal treatment such as nitrization and burning without any deformation and defect, with accuracy in shape, high quality and high efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: The baking container for silicon nitride-based ceramic is a sealed container 20 having a gas introduction port 1 and a gas discharge port 9, the inside of the sealed container 20 is partitioned into a gas introduction chamber 2 in communication with the gas introduction port 1 and a baking chamber 3 in communication with the gas discharge port 9 and accommodating an article 7 to be thermal treated by a gas introduction chamber partition wall 4, and a air-through hole 5 is selectively formed near an outer peripheral part of the gas introduction chamber partition wall 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
