<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage the passage of a visitor in detail by saving much labor for the setting of a system in the reception of the visitor. <P>SOLUTION: This system comprises: a reception terminal device 1 for issuing a visitor card 1, wherein an identification number of a person to be visited and an access level number are recorded, to the visitor; a card reader 3 for reading out information from the card; and a collator 5 which collates the read-out identification number of the card with the stored identification number, which determines whether or not the passage of the visitor is permitted, in accordance with the access level number read out from the card, when the card is the visiter's visitor card and both the identification numbers correspond to each other by collation, and which controls the opening/closing of an electric lock provided in a door, in accordance with the result of determination of passage permission. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
