<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a change of emission spectrum and a change of light output of a light emitting element by temperature. <P>SOLUTION: A filter film 300 which passes wavelength components in a window range narrower than a width of the emission spectrum of the light emitting element 1, and which has a change of the window range by temperature smaller than the change of the emission spectrum of the light emitting element 1 by temperature, is formed on a light outputting surface of a package 100 wherein the light emitting element 1 is stored, so that higher level components of the emission spectrum of the light emitting element 1 may come within the window range of the filter film 300 when the temperature changes. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
