<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly and surely insert and pull out an electromagnetic energy radiation electrode for an endoscope to/from the endoscope, to make it approach the surface of viable tissues at an appropriate approaching angle and to execute fine treatments. <P>SOLUTION: The electromagnetic energy radiation electrode 5 for the endoscope, whose neck part 5a is connected to a high frequency current cable, is for executing the treatment to the viable tissues in a neighborhood electromagnetic field viewed through the endoscope under the action of electromagnetic energy radiated from the surface of a tip part 5b provided more on the tip side than the neck part 5a, and is formed in a spatula shape at the part 5b more on the tip side than the neck part 5a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
