<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outlet plug-in tap, by which the occurrence of a tracking phenomenon, which is likely to occur as a result of the accumulation of dust or the like around the outlet plug-in tap, is prevented, and in addition, the occurrence of an accidental ground paths, which are likely to occur owing to the insertion or the like of foreign matters into the outlet plug-in tap by an infant, is prevented. <P>SOLUTION: The outlet plug-in taps (2) are arranged laterally in parallel and are respectively provided with rotational mechanism. After that, an opening/closing lid (3) is installed to the upper face. Accordingly, the lid can be closed, even in a state of plugging the outlet in.
