SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MANAGING ELDERLY CARE BUSINESS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reliable system for managing elderly care business and its method at low cost.

SOLUTION: The system includes accommodations using real property owned by an investor to enable care receivers to stay there; care devices and facilities capable of providing round-the-clock care services to the care receivers who use the accommodations; a visiting care office constituting the care devices and facilities and capable of providing care services by dispatching caregivers also to care receivers at home; and a management headquarter that controls the accommodations and the visiting care office. The respective entities of the accommodations, the visiting care office and the management headquarter are represented by different corporations or persons. The management headquarter has a commission collecting means for collecting commissions from the accommodations and/or the visiting care office.
