<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for conveniently measuringα,βarrangements of a glycoside bond of sugar. <P>SOLUTION: In an infrared region partially including a region of approximately 1,170 cm<SP>-1</SP>-1,130 cm<SP>-1</SP>as specified absorption, due to the glycoside bond of theαarrangement of the sugar, a sugar containing material having the particular glycoside bond in the sample can be detected by measuring a circular dichroic spectrum of a target sample. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
