ELECTRIC FLUID-PRESSURE SERVO VALVE AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple control valve for a fluid-pressure operation device capable of facilitating manufacture and assembly with reduced cost.

SOLUTION: A solenoid operation valve 10 has an another pressure sensing port 30 communicating with an outlet port 16 of the valve in a valve main body 12. A circuit board 38 is provided with a pressure transducer 44 attached on an opening part 46 for sensing pressure and is attached to the valve main body 12 so as to communicate the pressure sensing port 30 of the valve main body 12 with the opening part 46. Consequently, the pressure transducer 44 can provide a feedback signal indicating pressure in the outlet port 16 of the valve.
