PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a treating and/or preventing agent for pulmonary diseases accompanying neutrophilic inflammation, e.g. chronic occlusive pulmonary disease (COPD), pulmonary emphysema, chronic bronchitis, acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS), acute lung injury (ALI). SOLUTION: This pulmonary disease-treating agent for pulmonary diseases accompanying neutrophilic inflammation, e.g. COPD, pulmonary emphysema, chronic bronchitis, ARDS, ALI contains an oxygen-containing heterocyclic ring compound expressed by formula (I) [(m) is 0-4; R1to R4are the same or different and are each H, a lower alkyl, or the like; R5is a lower alkoxy, or the like; R6is H, or the like; and Y is 4-carboxyphenyl, or the like] or its pharmacologically acceptable salt as an active ingredient.
