PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-vehicle information presenting apparatus and its information presenting method that individually present spoken sentence differing in read-aloud speed to a driver and a passenger and provides environment wherein passengers are not disturbed in a conversation to give information assistance to the passengers with small mental burdens. SOLUTION: The in-vehicle information presenting device equipped with voice output means 14 and 15 for the driver and voice output means 16 and 17 for passengers generates notice information by an information generating means 11 and judges the drive burden on the driver by a drive burden judging means 13; and a speaking timing control means 18 controls the timing of voice output through the voice output means 14 and 15 for the driver and voice output means 16 and 17 for passengers according to the judgment result of the drive burden judging means 13 so that a single continuous reading-aloud time of notice information, a pause time in continuous reading or a reading-aloud speed is made different between the driver and passengers.
