PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oily skin cleansing agent, not causing cloudiness and precipitation by long-term storage and storage under high-temperature and having good usability, e.g. washout property by water in the oily skin-cleansing agent in which a nonaqueous cleansing oil or a slight amount of water is formulated. SOLUTION: The oily skin cleansing agent comprises (a) 70-95 mass% oil which is liquid at ordinary temperature, (b) 5-30 mass% nonionic surfactant having 4-15 HLB and (c) 1-3 mass% one or more kinds of dihydric alcohols selected from dipropyleneglycol, 1,3-butyleneglycol, isopreneglycol and propyleneglycol.
